One of the things I keep coming back to when giving talks or advising clients is the importance of creating surprise, eye-catchers and experiences for your customers.
Not many products or messages sell themselves. It often takes excellent packaging, a good story or a fantastic experience.
And just look at how beautifully they have done this in Madrid! A little vegetarian restaurant that is almost invisible used simple means to become a place that everyone has to stop in their tracks and admire.
The design group (fos), consisting of an architect, interior designer and graphic designer, designed the installation, which like the group itself is also called (fos).
Fos means “light” in Green and “melting” in Catalan – a very apt title for this installation and decoration of urban space.
Think about the effect you can get out of 250 metres of yellow tape and a good idea. That’s enough to lift your spirits!
